After earning her Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology from the University of California Davis in 1998, Dr. Zubairi took a year off to travel across the United States and Europe before returning to the states to enter dental school. After scoring in the 99th percentile on the Dental Admission Test, she attended dental school at University of Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco for two years and then transferred to Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, where she remained on the Dean's List and graduated Cum Laude with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2004.

Dr. Zubairi received the American Association of Endodontists Senior Award for Outstanding Achievement in the field of Endodontics in May of 2004.She is a member of the American Dental Association, Alpha Omega International Dental Fraternity, and the American Association of Women Dentists, as well as the Oral Surgery Honor Society. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry, especially cosmetic, restorative and endodontics.

She spent the past two years at Twinbrook Dental Center in Rockville, Maryland before moving with her family to Little Rock in 2006 when her husband accepted a fellowship at Arkansas Children's Hospital.
